※部屋全體を寫した添付寫真に私物が寫っていますがこんな感じです。（角部屋でした）チェックインの際、ドイツ語だったので翻訳を使おうと思ったのですが、建物內の回線がとても遅くチェックイン方法に時間がかかりました。部屋も同じ感じですが、Wi-Fiを接続すれば一応使えます。エアコンが無く、窓も無いので熱気がこもりやすく、真夏など気溫が高い日に行くことはあまりお勧めしません。キッチンにはカトラリー（ミニナイフ、フォーク、スプーンなど※お皿はx）や鍋、フライパンがあり、洗剤液・スポンジ等もあったので調理は出來そうでした。ただ、卓上IHクッキングヒーターは壊れていたので、キッチンに付屬しているターンテーブル型電子レンジ（オーブン付き）を使用しました。清掃は1週間に一度と記載されていたので、バスタオルなどは使い回しになる可能性有りです。部屋の隅など清掃がしっかりと行き屆いているとは言えないですが、気にならない方なら大丈夫だと思います。チェックイン時にその場で自動的に部屋が割り振られ、発行されるカードキーで出入りする感じでした。建物自體のオートロック？などはしっかりしていました。チェックアウト時は設置されているカードボックスに入れるだけなので便利でした。 Vienna Central Station から徒歩30分圏內の所にあり、近くにスーパーもあるので比較的利用しやすい場所だと思います。建物が密集している路地にありますが、夜遅い時間に出歩くなどしなければ問題ないと思います。參考になれば幸いです。

The room was not cleaned so I called the property support, they asked for photos and send cleaners to clean it. But it took more than one hour and they didn’t accept to provide me another room although there were lots of available rooms, saying that it is not in their authority. Generally it is a kinda property being managed remotely, so don’t expect everything to be Ok.

Das Zimmer war allgemein super, alles da was man braucht. Der Check-In am Automat funktionierte gut und die Lage ist mit der Nähe zur Ubahnstation und zahlreichen Restaurants etc. auch super. Die Sauberkeit lässt aber tatsächlich zu wünschen übrig. Es waren fremde Haare im Bett und es war an verschiedenen Stellen sehr staubig und schmutzig. Das darf nicht passieren!

❌ Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Es gibt weder eine Rezeption noch jemanden, der erreichbar ist. Sauberkeit wird überhaupt nicht eingehalten, und ich empfehle niemandem, in diesem Aparthotel zu übernachten. Nachdem ich die Unterkunft gesehen habe und niemand erreichbar war, war ich gezwungen, eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen und erneut zu bezahlen. Es ist auch für 訂房網站 kein gutes Zeichen, mit solchen Aparthotels zusammenzuarbeiten. Ich persönlich bin von 訂房網站 enttäuscht und werde künftig nur noch über andere Plattformen buchen.

The location was poor and not near the station for walking so misleading as advertised as near the hbf Vienna centrale. Very disapointing and depressing room, with only one main light so either all lit up or dark. The bed quality was terrible and pillows were not acceptable all lumpy and won down. Also the room feels very closed in to stay with no views and lack of space. The ony good thing was there was crockery and cutlery provided and Microwave, but there is no where to sit for 2 people, so only suitable for one person. We would not recommend this place to stay, and would day and this is our worst room to date of travelling. There are plenty of better option for example smartments much closer to station, only 4-5 min to walkn and same price or cheaper, and you get n excellent good size studio/apartment size with excellent bed pillows and living space and sleeping paper and kitchenette.

Вполне неплохой отель рядом с центральной станцией Вены. Я ходил пешком от станции с большими чемоданами. Идти 1 километр. В отеле было чисто, тепло, комфортно. Белье очень свежее и кипельно-белое. Кровать мягкая. Для одного человека идеально. Я заранее зарегестрировался, поэтому никаких сложностей не испытал при заселении вечером. Хотя согласен, что отелю нужен работник. Минусы: до центра идти 1 час. Вечером нет маркетов. Цена немного высокая.

Leider war mein letzter Aufenthalt bei Smart Apart Living alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel mir auf, dass der Boden schmutzig war und scheinbar nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Zu allem Übel war auch das Bett schmutzig – die Bettwäsche wirkte nicht frisch und ich fand Flecken darauf. Ich habe die Fotos dazu zugeschickt.
